SAKE INFORMATION 2013

2013-12-26: We visited the mayor of Niigata.
We also accompanied Mrs. Chinami Nishimura, and we have talked about current efforts to export and problems at the moment.
2013-12-24: The huge cedar ball was performed illuminations of, and it became specifications of Christmas.
It was exhibited in the school building of Niigata University's Faculty of Agriculture.

2013-11-22: Vietnam export began.
We were invited to an event organized by the import company.
2013-11-07: We participated in a Hong Kong sake event.
The buyer of the import company also participated.
Niigata television staff accompanied us and interviewed.
2013-10-24: We attended a lecture by Mr. Furukawa Former State Strategy Minister "SAKE to the world".
2013-10-24: Our trial were published in Niigata Nippo.
2013-10-01: "Sesson Yubai" is now on sale.
2013-09-28: Niigata University and Uchino-machi collaboration art festival, Uchino de Art was held.
We held a hands-on event of cedar ball making with empty space of the storehouse.
The completed cedar ball was opened to the public during the 16-day holding period.
At the exhibition hall utilizing a part of the storehouse, a number of artworks such as Uchino De Art limited "Kura Sake (crush)" and bottle type gigantic cedar ball were exhibited.
2013-09-15: We participated in the Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City Echizuki Friendship Association event.
It is a picture of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries Event held the previous day.
The following is a picture of the Echizen friendship association event. Sake booth gathered attention especially from young women.
Mr. Doku and Consul General Mr. Hida also tasted sake.
2013-09-04: We exhibited at Tokyo Big Sight, Gourmet & Style Dining Show.We collaborated with chocolate that matched sake made by Ms. Yokota.
2013-06-17: At Tokyo Agricultural University sake event was held with the cooperation of Mr. Akimoto sake shop (Kagoya).
2013-05-15: "Challenge of sake brewery" was published in monthly Bimmy June issue.
2013-03-15: Fisherman Sokujo and Cowboy Yamahai Tender were released along with Sake no Jin event.
2013-02-22: A tour of the brewery in Niigata Bijyou and a mini concert by Mr. Shin Sato were posted in the Kushiro newspaper.
